Most of of the Masajids find it difficult to find a system to manage their school. Either they rely on papers or simplistic tools such as spreadsheet. DeanLearner can help to stream line your process.
It comes with lot many features to run not only your school administration, but the teaching and accounting much easier. And it is easy to setup as well.
How Does DeenLeaner Work?
It starts with registering your school. If you are the administrator or the school, you first create your personal account then setup your school. It usually takes 3 to 5 minutes – that’s all. In the process, DeenLeaner will setup sample data such as semesters, grades etc. for your school. You can change if you would like to or use it as it is.
Then you add the teachers and assign them to the class, and register your students.
System will be all set for you to use.
Do I need to worry about anything?
DeenLeaner is made to help local schools and our intent is to expand that help to other places. There is nothing to worry about. There is no financial commitment, and it is meant to be free as much as possible. You try the system if you don’t like it, you stop using it.
Is DeenLeaner the only thing I need for my School?
DeenLearner, as school system is built to help a local school and it has features that helped running the school. It covers student registration, accounting, teacher allocation, student enrollment to grades, class plan management, attendance, evaluation and progress report. It has proven sufficient to run a school.
However, it is possible that you have more need, in that case you may let us know through the feedback and we will try to incorporate it.
